Terms and conditions of sale and purchase

Generally

These terms and conditions of sale and purchase apply to the purchase of digital knitting patterns (PDF files) from minegleder through the online store www.minegleder.com . By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

Product

All products sold in the online store are digital files (PDF recipes) . No physical items are shipped.

Delivery

After completing payment, you will be able to download the PDF file directly from the website and/or via email. If you do not receive the file, please contact minegleder@gmail.com . To read the recipe you will need a program that can open PDF files (e.g. Adobe Reader). It is the customer's responsibility to have the necessary software and equipment to download and use the files.

Right of withdrawal and return

Purchases of digital products are not covered by the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 22 letter n of the Right of Withdrawal Act, as the recipe is downloaded immediately after purchase. There is therefore no right of return or refund after the download has started.

Using recipes

The patterns are for personal use only . It is not permitted to share, copy, resell or distribute the patterns further, either free or for a fee. You can of course use the patterns to knit products for yourself or as gifts.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The information is only used to complete the purchase and deliver the product. Payment via Klarna follows their own privacy policy.
